CABINET APPOINTS NEW BOARD FOR PROSPECT REEF MANAGEMENT COMPANY

In a recent Cabinet meeting key appointments were made to the Prospect Reef Management Company Board. 

The Cabinet decided on the following appointments:

  • Mr. Collingston George, has been appointed as Chairperson for a period of three years, effective from 1st January, 2024 until 31st December, 2026.
  • Ms. Kerrel Wilson, has been appointed as a Director for a period of three years, effective from 1st January, 2024 until 31st December, 2026.
  • Ms. Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe has been appointed as a Director for a period of three years, effective from 1st January, 2024 until 31st December, 2026.
  • Ms. Kimberly Kuntz has been appointed as a Director for a period of two years, effective from 1st January, 2024 until 31st December, 2025.
  • The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sustainable Development or designee has been appointed as an ex-officio member.

In addition, Mr. Nathaniel Isaac, a business owner and the former Managing Director of the Prospect Reef Management Company, has been re-appointed for two years, effective from 1st January, 2024 until 31st December, 2025.

The Cabinet has instructed the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sustainable Development to direct the Attorney General’s Chambers to draft the respective instruments of appointment.

During the discussion of these appointments, the Minister for Communications and Works, Hon Kye Rymer, recused himself from the meeting due to a familial relationship with one of the nominees.
