A local talk show host believes some parents must be blamed for the failing educational system and for some of the behavioral problems of students now existing at schools.
Host of Speak Out BVI Kishma Penn says there are some parents who have failed to discipline their child and they are carrying their bad behaviour into the schools.
Penn says some parents have failed to follow the regulations and dress code of the school which have resulted in their child being disciplined or in some cases sent home.
She says much of this will not happen if parents do the right thing.
