As of November 5th 2020, the Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has issued a new curfew order, Curfew (No. 37) Order, 2020, which will further relax the previous curfew conditions.
This curfew order imposes the following curfew on the Territory between hours 2:01 a.m. to 4:59 a.m. daily.
Business owners are permitted to open and operate between the hours of 5:00a.m. to 2:00a.m. daily. Businesses are reminded that all social distancing protocols and sanitisation measures should be followed.
For the boating community, private vessels are permitted to operate within Territorial waters between the hours 5:01a.m. to 6:00p.m. daily. Ferries are permitted to operate between 5:01a.m. to 1:59 a.m. daily.
This curfew will be enforced until Thursday 19th November, 2020.
