POLICE IN DIRE SEARCH TO FIND FORMER VI PRINCE & PRINCESS CONTESTANT WHO WENT MISSING IN FLORIDA! FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED

Orange County deputies are searching for 19-year-old Miya Marcano, who was last seen around 5 p.m. Friday at the Arden Villas apartments on Arden Villas Boulevard, near the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

Granddaughter of the VI’s Letty Hodge, Miya is well known in the territory. She also formerly contested in the Prince and Princess show back in 2012 arising as a crowd favorite.

Red flags were raised when Marcano who was scheduled to take a flight to Fort Lauderdale later in the evening never boarded the plane.

Her family traveled to Orlando this past weekend to speak with police and Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

Based on reports reaching our newsroom, there were signs of struggle in her apartment indicating that she may be in danger.

On Sunday, deputies began searching the wooded area behind Marcano’s apartment building. Investigators say Marcano lives on the complex, and the apartment’s social media shows she also works at the leasing office.

Based on information, only tenants and maintenance have access to the villas. On this premise, residents and persons close to the family have alleged that foul play was involved and is now appealing to the public to mobilize in bringing Miya home.

Family and friends held a vigil for Marcano on Sunday night who is 5 feet tall and weights about 130 pounds.

“All we ask is to help us bring Miya home. Bring her home safe,” a woman said.

Deputies said they can’t release any details at this time, but they’re working diligently to find her.

Anyone with info is asked is urged to call the OSCO non-emergency line at 407-836-4357 in Orange County to make a report.
