The management team of the British Virgin Islands Ports Authority’s (BVIPA) participated in a workshop on 13th January 2022 which took on a hybrid method.
The workshop was facilitated by the agency’s Human Resources Manager, Mrs. Patricia Blaize-Adams.
The authority in a press release said the aim of the Human Resources workshop was to “delve into a variety of topics aimed at increasing productivity and building a better BVIPA.”
A number of subject areas were covered such as: emotional intelligence, understanding human resources and the role managers play and performance management.
