Close family have confirmed the passing of prominent Virgin Islander Mr. Vincent O’Neal, former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority. O’Neal led the BVI Ports Authority from 2006 to 2012.
Mr. O’Neal a Virgin Gordian, passed away this morning January 20th following an illness at the Dr. D Orlando Smith hospital.
