ACTIVE COVID-19 CASES BACK DOWN TO 16 IN THE BVI – 0 HOSPITALISATIONS

Active positive COVID-19 cases are once again below 20 in the British Virgin Islands, with no present hospitalisations.

This was confirmed in an epidemiological report from the Ministry of Health dated today Wednesday March 23.

According to the report the BVI now has 16 active cases with 15 on Tortola and 1 on sister island of Virgin Gorda.

A further analysis of the active cases states that 6 are local cases, 2 contacts of cases and the remaining 8 detected through travel screening.
