It has been confirmed by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force that an accident occurred this morning involving a vehicle and four pedestrians.
In an official statement the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force said, “Police can confirm an accident in the Carrot Bay area, around 6:15am today May 5th, where four pedestrians, on an early morning walk, were struck by a vehicle. They were transported to Dr. Orlando Smith hospital with serious injuries. Investigations are ongoing.”
Officials say the driver has been identified in this matter.
