NO LIMIT CONSTRUCTION SIGNS THE FINAL CONTRACT FOR ESHS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT – OVER $900K

Local company No Limit Construction has been awarded more than $900,000 to complete external works on the Elmore Stoutt High School Redevelopment Project.

The contract was signed by the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) and Mr. Rajah Smith of No Limit Construction on Tuesday, August 23 in the amount of $927,145.53.

According to the RDA, this is the final contract for the project and will include the completion of the external works to complement the construction of all three buildings of the senior division of the Elmore Stoutt High School.

The Scope of Works required for this contract includes: Pavement construction (base, reinforced concrete); Sewer and sewerage infrastructure (manholes, sewer PVC pipes); Reinforced concrete encasement for shallow pipes; Lighting infrastructure (control panels, lighting foundations, lamp posts, electrical fixes); Drainage infrastructure (PVC catch basin, reinforced concrete manholes, metal inlets, PVC drainage pipes]; and Sidewalks and kerb inlets.
