Popular businessman and husband to Junior Minister of Tourism Hon. Alvera Maduro Caines, Mr. Emmet Caines has transitioned.
The father and husband passed away yesterday Friday August 26th, 2022.
Caines who worked at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College as a Security Officer for a number of years was most known for his catering business.
