Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency Ronnie Skelton has cautioned the current Government of the Virgin Islands and anyone seeking to succeed their term in office that disbanding the RDA would be a mistake.
Skelton offered this “free advice” as he spoke at the opening ceremony of the Elmore Stoutt High School.
