This morning March 15th, 2023 around 9am, a young woman crossing the Highway opposite BVI Post was struck by a scooter rider. Eyewitnesses shared that two cars on either side stopped for the young women to cross when a scooter rider came down the middle sticking the young woman.
It is unclear the magnitude of her injuries, however paramedics were on the scene and have since taken the woman for care.
