MAY 8 AND JUNE 16 DECLARED PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Monday, May 8 and Friday, June 16 have been declared public holidays.

His Excellency the Governor Mr. John James Rankin, CMG made the proclamation that on May 8 this year, the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III will be observed; while June 16 will be designated as the Sovereign’s Birthday, replacing the previously issued date June 9. 

The aforementioned proclamations were made in accordance with Section 5 of the Public Holidays Act (CAP. 199).
