The Mrs. British Virgin Islands organization is rallying public support on social media ahead of the upcoming Mrs. Globe pageant in China.
In a Facebook post, Mrs. BVI Rhonda Victor Pinnock asked followers to vote for her to win the Choice of the People Award at the international competition taking place in Hainan.
The Mrs. Globe Pageant brings together married women from countries around the world to celebrate married women’s accomplishments and provide a platform for charitable work.
The Choice of the People Award allows the contestant who receives the most online votes to advance directly to the pageant’s semi-finals. The winner will also travel to the USA to sit on the judging panel at Mrs. U.S of A and Mrs. Classique in 2025.
Voting is currently open on the Mrs. Globe website at a fee of $10.
In her post, Mrs. Pinnock noted that the purpose of the award is to raise funds to help women globally. She encouraged the Virgin Islands community to vote for her.
