On Saturday June 1st, 2024 Contestant number one Asha Hyndman emerged as the winner of the 2024 Miss Teen BVI Pageant held at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex.
Hyndman, 19 took home awards for Miss Intellect, Best Evening Wear, Best Shero, Most Photogenic, and Best Poise.
First Runner-up was Contestant # 2 Tiya Herbert, who won Best Talent and Miss Popularity awards and Contestant #3 Eriel Stewart received Miss Congeniality.
Each contestant depicted a local Shero as well as choose varying platforms for which they would raise awareness as Queen.
The winner Asha Hyndman’s platform was ‘Looking Good: Eye Care Education For All’ and will seek to raise awareness on the important of eye care.
The 2024 Miss Teen BVI Asha Hyndman is expected to represent the BVI at a regional and international pageant.
