A Memorandum of Understanding, MOU is expected to be signed soon between the BVI Airports Authority, BVIAA and the H. Lavity Stoutt Community HLSCC.
This MOU will seek to build local capacity at the BVIAA.
Managing Director at the BVIAA during an interview on ZBVI, stated that this MOU will meet their goal.
Meantime, Menal stated that enhancements at the airport is continuing and the free parking is just temporary.
