During a live segment on Virgin Islands Voice, Fraser emphasized that while the Virgin Islands’ emissions may seem minimal in comparison to global contributors, the impact of climate change knows no borders.
Fraser highlighted the need for funding and legislative preparation, pointing to the proposed Climate Change Trust Fund set for introduction this November.
