Territorial representative and member of the National Democratic Party, Ronnie Skelton is blaming what he called the ‘Civil Service System’ for the lack of infrastructural development in the territory.
Speaking on NDP Radio Monday evening Skelton and the Eighth District representative Marlon Penn complained about the lack of infrastructural development in the territory which includes the failure of government to address key institutions that were damaged by the hurricanes eight years ago.
Penn also chastised the government for not putting monies in projects to stimulate the economy.
