The Class of 2025 at Elmore Stoutt High School has officially graduated, with 160 students walking the stage in a proud celebration of years of hard work, growth, and achievement. This year’s class not only completed their high school journey, they did so with exceptional academic performance and a clear commitment to their future.
At the top of the class stood Valedictorian Amani Brown, who delivered the student address, and Salutatorian Jordan Hinds, who opened the ceremony. These two students exemplify the strength and spirit of a graduating cohort that has consistently set high standards.
100 students earned Honour Roll status with a GPA of 76% or higher, reflecting consistent effort and discipline. Even more impressively, 6 students received High Honours, maintaining a GPA of 91% and above throughout their secondary education.
The accomplishments didn’t stop there. All top 11 students in the territory hailed from this graduating class a testament to Elmore Stoutt High School’s academic culture and its students’ drive. These top-tier students were celebrated for their excellence, setting the tone for future cohorts to follow.
In a forward-thinking move, 57 students took part in dual enrollment with H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, earning college credits while still in high school. This initiative not only showcases academic ambition but also positions these graduates a step ahead as they enter higher education or career paths.
Special recognition was given to Amani Brown, Jordan Hinds, and Frank Olatunji, who each received the Exemplary Performance Award from B & F Medical Complex for maintaining an A average from Grade 7 through Grade 12. Their consistent excellence over the years reflects discipline, resilience, and strong support systems.
This year’s graduating class includes 86 males and 74 females, representing a dynamic range of interests, talents, and goals. From STEM to the arts, entrepreneurship to public service, the Class of 2025 is stepping into the world prepared and inspired.
