RVIPF OFFICERS INJURED IN $144 MILLION DRUG BUST ON VIRGIN GORDA

Several officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force were injured during a high‑risk drug recovery mission in Virgin Gorda that led to the arrest of seven individuals and the seizure of cocaine worth an estimated $144 million. The intelligence-led operation, which took place from June 17 to 18, 2025.

During a recent interview on talking points radio programme, Acting Commissioner of Police Jacqueline Vanterpool provided an update on the recovery of the officers.
