The Virgin Islands Public Service Learning Institute is highlighting strides in developing future public sector leaders through training initiatives like the Emerging Leaders Development Programme. The Virgin Islands Public Service Learning Institute is celebrating two years of shaping the next generation of public sector leaders.
In a special feature, Director Dr Connie George and Communications Officer II Eusa Z. Adams from the Office of the Deputy Governor highlighted the institute’s achievements, including the launch of its Emerging Leaders Development Programme.

Dr. George noted that this foundation was crucial before advancing to phase two, adding that investing in leadership development is vital for the future of the public service.
