Premier Dr Natalio Wheatley, who also serves as Minister of Finance, formally welcomed Hoyle and invited him to learn more about the Virgin Islands, highlighting the territory’s history, culture, and resilience. Wheatley noted that the Virgin Islands stand as a testament to what its people have endured and overcome, underscoring the strength and determination that have shaped the territory over the years.
