Founding member of the National Democratic Party, Archibald Christian, has called for greater civic and government responsibility in maintaining and beautifying the Virgin Islands, while confirming that
he has returned to supporting the NDP despite having previously resigned from the party.
Speaking on the Talking Points programme, Christian discussed a range of national issues, including the appearance of the territory and the pace of development.
