Independent at-large aspirant Cindy Rosan says she has no intention of joining the Virgin Islands Party, arguing that the governing party has failed to adequately represent the people of the territory.
Speaking on JTV, Rosan explained that although she had intended to contest the 2023 General Election, those plans changed following the political upheaval surrounding former Premier Andrew Fahie and the release of the Commission of Inquiry report.
