The Virgin Islands Archery Association Nationals was called the 2022 D ‘Foster Cup, and was held on November 26, 2022, at the HLSCC Campus.
The name of the cup was in fond loving memory of the Association’s Inaugural President, David Foster, who passed away. The medals displayed an engraved image of Mr. Foster at full draw.
The medals were presented by David’s, children Anise and Dillan Foster.

According to one of the coaches, Laura Fox, she mentioned that the “competitors enjoyed themselves a lot”.
The Induvial Genesis Men Gold medalist, Nicholas Moore, stated that “I enjoyed the competition and the overall
format of the event. I hope next year more kids would compete as it was a great experience.” There was stiff competition on the field overall, with one upset in the Genesis Women division, wherein newcomer to the sport, Kellyann, who started in September, edged out a couple veterans in the sport.
