Our newsroom has been reliably informed that a patient who recently tested positive for covid-19 has died while receiving care in the Intensive care unit.
Based on information, the deceased was on a ventilator due to the severity of his symptoms.
Our newsroom is in receipt of the victim’s identity but will respectfully withhold until an official update is made.
