SECOND PASSENGER CRUISE SHIP TO VISIT BVI ON WEDNESDAY – PASSENGERS NOT ALLOWED TO EXIT ON LAND

The BVI is set to welcome its second passenger cruise ship ‘Seabourn Odyssey’ which is set to berth in the territory tomorrow Wednesday July 21.

This is according to a media release from the BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) which said the vessel will not be allowing any person to exit on land in the territory.

“The BVI Ports Authority welcomes the return of Seabourn Cruises with the Seabourn Odyssey set to call within Territorial waters with the first call on 21st July, 2021 and the second on 29th July, 2021,” the BVIPA stated.

“The Odyssey will be calling to White Bay, Peter Island and Passengers as well as Crew will not be permitted ashore. The Ship will be offering its ship ‘marina’ for guests to enjoy water-based activities in the harbour,” the BVIPA added.

All passengers and crew on board Odyssey are required to be fully vaccinated and have a negative COVID-19 test prior to arrival to the territory.
