MOTHER REFLECTS ON DIFFICULTIES OF DIABETES CARE IN BVI

This week 284News spoke with Eglantine Lowry, a young mother from the BVI whose life was changed indefinitely after her 2-year-old daughter was first diagnosed with Diabetes.

Reflecting on the difficulties she faced in getting the necessities for her daughter, Lowry is urging Diabetes Awareness in the BVI and calling for more to be done for the Diabetic Community in the territory.

She spoke with Jhaka Wooding.
