The Grinch may have made off with the highly anticipated Christmas parade, but that did not dampen the festive cheer brought to the community of Long Bush on Christmas Day.
Organizers of the Christmas in Long Bush event carried on unfazed, taking to Facebook to share scenes of festivities with the public, showcasing there was still plenty of holiday fun to be had.
At the Long Bush Band Stand, highlights included vendors selling toys and treats, bounce castles, rides, live entertainment, donkey rides and Santa distributing gifts to children.
Entertainers at the event included U.T.B, Ova Drive, Our Music Group – OMG and AZP Productions VI.
Dubbing the event a success, organizers gave thanks to sponsors such as Phoenix Rising Construction Ltd, KMS Promotions, MB’s Ice, Caribbean Cellars Ltd and others for making it all possible.
Organizers are believed to be already planning for next year’s event, promising a “Big, better family event” for the community.
