BVI MEN’S SENIOR FOOTBALL TEAM PREPARES FOR CRUCIAL WORLD CUP QUALIFIER

The British Virgin Islands men’s senior football team is gearing up for a significant challenge as they face Guatemala in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers at the A. O. Shirley Recreation Ground on Saturday, June 8 at 3:00 p.m.

In an exclusive interview with 284 Media, Head Coach Chris Kiwomya shared his insights on the team’s preparations and the upcoming match.

He noted while it will be a difficult match facing Guatemala which is ranked in the top 10 of the CONCACAF rankings, the team is looking forward to the battle.

The team has been working tirelessly in the lead-up to this crucial game. Coach Kiwomya emphasized the importance of rigorous training and strategic planning to maximize their chances against a formidable opponent.

Team Captain Kavon Troy Caesar expressed his excitement and called on local supporters to rally behind the team.
