Power Outage, the 2023 men’s division runners-up, secured a 17-10 victory, collecting 14 hits. Jamarli James, Jamal Allen, and Andre Titley each launched a home run to set the tone for the game.
Saturday saw the men’s defending champions, Pirates, dominate Storm with a decisive 16-6 victory. The game turned in the third inning when Pirates extended their lead significantly by scoring 8 runs compared to Storm’s 1. The Pirates’ robust performance left little doubt about their intent to defend their title successfully.
In the final men’s game of the weekend, VG Heat outplayed West Mobsters, claiming a comprehensive 22-12 victory. VG Heat’s offensive strategy overwhelmed the Mobsters, ensuring a comfortable win.
