DR. JARECKI DENIES SEX TRAFFICKING AND RAPE ALLEGATIONS – CALLS LAWSUIT A MONEY-GRABBING EXERCISE

Dr. Henry Jarecki, a prominent psychiatrist with deep ties to the British Virgin Islands, has strongly denied allegations made against him in a recent sex trafficking lawsuit.

The lawsuit, filed by an anonymous accuser associated with the late Jeffrey Epstein, claims that Jarecki engaged in non-consensual and abusive conduct, accusations that the 91-year-old vehemently refutes as false and financially motivated.

In a statement released through his attorney, Jarecki said, “False accusations have been made against me by lawyers seeking money on behalf of a woman with whom I had a consensual, non-secretive, and mutually respectful relationship over a decade ago, when she was a successful professional in her late 20s.”

“I have never engaged in any abusive conduct with her or anyone else,” Jarecki added.

The accuser, identified in court documents as Jane Doe 11, is a former model who alleges that Jarecki raped her after Epstein referred her to him for mental health treatment. The lawsuit claims that this initial consultation led to years of “modern-day sexual slavery,” an assertion Jarecki denies.

According to the court filing, Jarecki gave Jane Doe 11 an expensive wristwatch during their first meeting and then allegedly raped her in his Manhattan home. The allegations further state that Jarecki provided her with a $5,700 apartment in exchange for sex, a deal she contends she never agreed to, and that he raped her “dozens” of times in New York City and on private Caribbean islands.

The lawsuit asserts that Jarecki manipulated and controlled Jane Doe 11 by exploiting her financial and immigration situation, coercing her into sexual servitude between 2011 and 2014. Jarecki, whose name appears in Epstein’s now-public address book and flight logs, denies any abusive behavior and states that his relationship with Jane Doe 11 was consensual.

“I will contest these demonstrably untrue claims in the appropriate forum,” Jarecki said.

Dr. Jarecki, known for his philanthropic efforts, particularly in the British Virgin Islands where he owns Norman Island and Guana Island, founded the Youth Empowerment Foundation, which supports opportunities and activities for young people in the BVI. His previously unknown dealings with Epstein have now come to light in the wake of these allegations. Epstein, a convicted sex offender, died in 2019.
