A 2027 completion date for the Ralph T O’Neal Administrative Complex.
The building was damaged by Hurricane Irma seven years ago and members of the public have been raising concerns about the length of time its taking to repair the building and reports of rats and mold in the basement of the building.
The Communications and Works Minister Kye Rymer speaking on the Governments Virgin Islands Voice Programme, Wednesday evening said he is unaware of any rats at the facility but he says efforts are being taken to remedy the mold situation.

Minister Rymer stated that the exterior of the building is about 98 percent completed.
