Reports have confirmed the passing of Mrs. Stephanie Benn in Puerto Rico, today October 24th, 2022. Benn served as the Registrar General of the Virgin Islands and was also a stalwart Rotarian. She served as past president of the Rotary Club of Road Town and active member of the Rotary Club of Tortola.
Since the news of the passing of the Registrar General, the Civil Registry and Passport Office has announced the closure of the office to the public on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
