Cappoons Bay Field came to life on Saturday Night for the First District Christmas Village, which invited residents of West End and beyond to bring out their whole family for a fun-filled traditional Virgin Islands Christmas.
There, attendees were given a warm welcome and festive caution from At Large Representative Neville Smith on the importance of keeping Virgin Islands Traditions alive.
