After a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic the return of BVI Wreck Week was considered a success as it was well received by both locals and visitors from abroad.
President of the BVI Scuba Organisation Kim Huish during an interview with 284News spoke on some of the many initiatives that occurred during the week of activities.
Huish also spoke to some of the goals she hopes to achieve come Wreck Week 2024.
Also present at the event was the Director of the BVI National Parks Trust Dr. Cassander Titley-O’Neal who spoke on her organisation’s involvement with the initiative.
