United States Virgin Islands Governor Albert Bryan Jr and Lieutenant Governor Tregenza Roach were sworn in on Monday January 2, following their second successful election back in November 2022.
The inaugural ceremony occurred at the Emancipation Garden in St. Thomas to recognize Bryan as the 9th elected governor and Roach as the 12th lieutenant governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Speaking during the ceremony Governor Bryan said his administration will not lose sight of the true purpose of why he was reelected, which is to continue to uplift his people.
Bryan also highlighted some of his administration’s accomplishments over the last four years and some of the plans to be instituted during this final four-year-term in office.
