The Anegada Hybrid Renewable Energy and Battery Energy Storage System (Bess) Project will have a complement of locals who have been trained and certified to build and maintain the historic project.

Speaking at the ground breaking ceremony last Thursday, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder of Power52 Clean Energy Access Mr. Rob Wallace, said the development is one that has never been seen in the renewable energy industry.

Wallace also spoke about the level of preparation that has been going on behind the scenes to get the project to its present stage.

Premier and Minister of Finance Dr. the Honourable Natalio Wheatley said that by having the trained and certified local talent within the territory it will reap many benefits not only for the Anegada renewable project, but also for future projects.
