Progressive Virgin Islands Movement (PVIM) Chairman Ronnie Skelton has debunked the rumoured merger of his party and the National Democratic Party (NDP) which was said to be taking place ahead of the upcoming general election.
Skelton spoke during a recent press conference where he was questioned by 284 Media’s Ronn Grant on the details of this rumoured development.
When asked whether or not the merger will be happening, Skelton offered little more than an “I don’t know”.
He did, however, seem to provide some clarity on the PVIM’s position when he shared that the PVIM is open to accepting individual candidates.
