Premier Dr the Honourable Natalio Wheatley has labelled recent statements by District 8 Representative Honourable Marlon Penn as “lies” after Penn spoke on the origins of the Recovery and Development Agency at the Official Launch of the National Democratic Party’s Campaign for the 2023 General Election.
According to Wheatley he felt shame when he happened to hear what Penn had to say about the VIP’s purported lack of support to establish the RDA.
Wheatley offered and alternate recollection of the events, where he noted the NDP’s vast majority in the House of Assembly during discussions on the establishment on the RDA.
